Marketing Coordinator

COMSOL, Inc. is seeking a full-time marketing coordinator to join our Marketing department onsite in Burlington, MA.

In this role, you will facilitate the successful execution of our marketing activities. You will start by assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from email to web advertisements, and then potentially grow into other marketing projects based on your interests and skills. You will collaborate closely with other teams and departments, in particular our Field Marketing and Content teams.

Primary Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Facilitate relationships with external vendors (e.g., media partners, print shops, etc.) as needed for marketing initiatives. Obtain insertion orders and making related purchase orders. Coordinate the production of event materials and the timely submission of ad materials. Assist in creating, scheduling, sending, and monitoring email marketing campaigns. Work closely with management to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Continuously monitor and compile performance metrics on our various marketing activities, from digital ads to emails and more. Assist in importing leads into our CRM database. Produce monthly campaign performance reports for the Marketing team. Help update the marketing budget file regularly, ensuring accurate invoicing and record-keeping. Support the Field Marketing team running our local annual in-person conference, the COMSOL Conference Boston. As you grow in your role, potentially: Maximize visibility and lead generation efforts, measuring related KPI. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities and develop campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness across targeted industries. Research industry publications, industry newsletters, and social media groups for marketing outreach. Approach the marketing landscape with curiosity, consistently looking for ways to enhance our strategies. Assist with paid social campaigns. Minimum Qualifications Self-starter, who works both independently and collaboratively. Strong time management skills. Demonstrated ability to track multiple tasks for multiple projects, keeping projects on time, and reprioritizing as needed. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position. Helpful Qualifications 1–3 years of experience working in B2B marketing. Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft 365. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
