Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Maternity Leave Coverage)  

Job Type: Part-Time  

Hours: 20-30 hours per week  

Duration: Maternity Leave Coverage  

Start Date: January 20, 2025  

Pay: $28-30/hr depending on experience 

Job Summary  

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team temporarily. In this role, you will be managing social media platforms, creating graphics, scheduling posts, assisting with internal communications, and supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in Canva, HubSpot, and has a knack for detail and multitasking.  

Responsibilities  

Daily Duties  

Social Media Management (M/W/F):   Check all platforms for successful post completion for 2 sister companies 

Weekly Duties  

Social Media Management for 2 sister companies:   Write social posts and design graphics using Canva  Coordinate with managers to plan following week's social media posts   Schedule and post content in HubSpot  Online Reviews (Tuesdays):   Monitor reviews on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn  Respond as necessary and follow internal review strategy policies  Team Meetings:   Create bi-weekly slide decks in consultation with leadership team  Support manager in running bi-weekly meetings 

Ongoing/As-Needed Duties  

Graphic Design Projects:   Create social media graphics, flyers, and client job-related content using Canva  Employee Onboarding:   Design new employee email signatures and provide setup instructions  TINYPulse Management:   Monitor responses and share insights with leadership  Incorporate results into bi-weekly team meetings  Sales Enablement:   Create and edit tools directed by leadership team   HubSpot Support:   Assist with sales sequences and email campaign creation, scheduling, and distribution  Internal Communications:   Create and send out internal email update to the team every Friday 

  

Requirements  

Proven experience in social media management.   Proficiency with Canva and HubSpot is mandatory.   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.   Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.   Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
