The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator in NW Arkansas. This key individual will work closely with the General Manager and department leads to coordinate and execute the marketing activities associated with driving membership and utilization of the facilities and their services.

Key Accountabilities:
**Marketing strategy and planning**
+ Collaborate with department leads to develop goals and objectives.
+ Create plans to promote services and events, and drive membership sales and venue bookings.
+ Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights on effectiveness.
**Content creation and execution**
+ Develop campaigns to create awareness and drive membership/utilization of all services.
+ Coordinate social media accounts by working with departments to oversee posts, engagement with followers and analytics tracking.
+ Manage ads (social, Yelp, Google).
+ Maintain digital assets (website, Google Business and Bing listings, Yelp, GymSales).
+ Coordinate the development and manage the implementation of member retention programs.
+ Work with event organizers to promote and support events.
**Community engagement**
+ Assist in handling public relations efforts.
+ Help in promoting collaborative marketing opportunities with local businesses or sponsors.
**Other duties as needed/assigned**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field plus three years’ experience.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills and quality customer service skills.
+ Demonstrated experience developing high-level digital and multi-media marketing collateral.
+ Current OSHA compliant Adult and Child CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, National Safety Council, American Safety & Health Institute, or American Heart Association will be required before start date.
+ Evidence of experience or ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects.
+ Demonstrated high level skills in writing promotional pieces, newsletters, member communications and web-content.
+ Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
+ Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
+ Proficiency in managing social networks.
+ Strong communication skills, tight coordination, creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
+ Fitness industry experience
+ Health promotion or wellness background
+ Event center experience
+ Proficiency using tools like Canva, Wix, and MailChimp
Compensation: $26/Hour - $31/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
