Marketing Coordinator
Works with Global team and in collaboration with APAC Marketing, deliver strategies for all marketing plans, including demand generation plan, portfolio management, marketing campaign, Digital marketing, Communication and CreativeActivities might include manage the local website and intranet site.Design and facilitate corporate and business events (customer meetings, tradeshows, participation to congresses).Create and deliver local customer and marketing initiatives and programs (technical seminars).Develop and deliver of magazines/newsletters targeted at all trade media stakeholders: commercial/customers, institutional, financial, etc.Coordinate and evaluate external suppliers for ensuring the delivery of the assigned promotional material and events.Support internal and external designers, printers and other providers through every stage of artwork development as required (concepts, proofs, press checks, final print etc)Oversees Product Policy & positioning: Provide pricing guidelines by Market/channel/product/application in line with go to market target supported by PM´s.Ensures Market intelligence; Competitors monitoring and Value proposition definition: Support design and implementation of management tools to support market intelligence and pricing activities.Employer Branding: ensure fulfillment of targets set and be a driver and coordinator with country marketing and HR.Coordinate the Trade Marketing Strategy across a portfolio of brands in cooperation with Sales and Marketing Managers in Oceania.Ensure that the trade marketing and promotion plan are executed across Oceania.Set a plan for regular press release and communication to local media.Drive brand awareness across various categories and products.Be a champion in creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges. Support internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and Sales support activities are completed to specifications and deadlines.Align any Trade Marketing activity to ensure best in class quality and cost effectiveness with internal/external designers and suppliers. Where applicable, coordination of legal requirements for consumer or trade promotions.Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.Ensure brand and company point of sale items for core and promotional items remains relevant and up to date and manage inventory.Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.Partner and build relationships with Sales teams across OceaniaLead trade promotions as agreed and ensure they remain on brand strategy, managing where appropriate legal requirements and report on effectiveness.Understand market needs through a comprehensive market analysis and identify new potential products for the local market. Proactively seek for customer validation through existing/new sales channels.Track and maintain the effect of online promotion activities, and perform data analysis on the published content to complete various evaluation indicators.Reporting on marketing data and industry trends for each Business Unit.To handle special tasks assigned by management.
