In cooperation with management, develop and execute the full Flamant offline marketing strategy & plan:Plan, manage and execute all offline marketing communication activitiesEmail marketing (SalesManago)AdvertisingPOSPrintPRMeasure and maximize ROI of all activities, ensure continuous improvementCustomer insights, competitor analyses and market trends are included in your execution & optimalisationSupport the FLAMANT digital marketing strategy, leveraging various platforms and tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.Contribute to the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.Support the development and maintenance of the internal (CRM) tool (Sales Manago), including databases.Maintain inventory of sales support & POS materials, ensuring all are current and accurate and coordinate the on time creation of new materials when necessary You are the point of contact for third parties (Press – Agencies – Events – Retail Stores …)Excellent proofreading and editing skillsCollaborate closely with digital marketer, ecommerce marketer and graphic design team

QualificationsRelevant bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field and a proven experience of 2-3 years in marketing operations, preferably within the retail industry.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing tools.Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Strong communication and presentation skills (Dutch-French-English) with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective relationshipsYou are mature, work proactively and independentlyYou are a hard worker and hands-on.Teamplayer, can-do attitude, commercial mindset and result-orientedYou work in an organized way and can set priorities Affinity with fashion / interior styling / design / lifestyle is a plusStrong marketing expertise and experience: email marketing, advertising, social marketing, content marketing, …
