About the Role:
Provides support to the US Ostomy Care Marketing and Clinical teamSupports the execution and reporting of key marketing and clinical initiatives Manages the US Ostomy event calendar and the planning and execution of HCP and patient events Manages field sales literature and sampling operations directly with sales team and fulfilment vendor Tracks marketing budget and processes purchase orders and invoicesYour Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Event and Program SupportSupports the planning and logistics of in-person and virtual customer events, conferences (both HCP and Patient facing). Travel to national and regional conferences throughout the United States as needed. Includes:
Conference registrationsConference rooming lists Communications to internal stakeholders on conference dates, travel requirements Preparation and coordination of literature and samples for conferences Preparation of pre-conference deck to internal stakeholders Developing schedules and assignments On-site set-up as needed “Meeting in a Box” guidance and primary marketing contact for regional sales meetings and clinical education programs Project coordination across teams – Clinical, US Marketing, US Sales, Global Post-conference reporting and debriefsClinical Support
Support clinical leader with management of key opinion leaders and HCP events that require KOLs. *HCP Events may include KOL, WOCNext conference, NSM, Clinical Education Programs Managing contracts, travel arrangements and payments. Meeting logistics and on-site set-up Post-conference summary on all meeting topics Consolidation of reports and data from all field clinical education events and product evaluationsMRL clinical presentations and maintain repository of current clinical presentationsMarketing Support
Engages with and provides direct Marketing support to the teams responsible for Downstream Marketing and Product Management Facilitate ad hoc field requests, push shipments and management of marketing collateral across internal content management and ordering platforms Execute communications to internal stakeholders as needed Coordinate agenda and marketing topics with marketing and sales leadership council for SLC advisory board Audit and initiate the annual updates for key sales resources– Product Guide, Playbook, Training decks Manage repository of competitive data and NPS scores Provides consolidated insights to the team on a set cadence Report on utilization trends for field sampling and literature and drive compliance Support submission, management, and approval of marketing collateral in PepperflowAbout You:
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated strong professional spoken and written skills in communicating with coworkers and customers on a one-on-one, small, and large group basis Demonstrates ability to manage projects independently and execute tasks within a timely manner Effectively support marketing and sales initiatives and execute tasks within the marketing plan Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to organize resources, analyze and solve problems, establish priorities, and make evaluative judgments within projects they manage. Ensure full compliance and legal approvals for all commercial activitiesThis is further demonstrated through your passion for working in a fast-paced environment both independently and within a group and your proven ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications/Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree At least 3 years of experience in marketing/ commercial support or administrative function within a marketing or commercial team Knowledge of Marketing/Sales Principles, concepts, and methodologies MS Office suite competency required Working knowledge or ability to quickly learn various marketing tools and content management systemsTravel Requirements
