Are you a creative thinker with an eye for design, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for event management? We’re looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us elevate tenant engagement through dynamic marketing strategies, events, and social media management.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with a variety of teams to bring our marketing initiatives to life while engaging with local communities and tenants. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact across multiple properties and channels while growing your career.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
+ Plan Community Calendars: Collaborate with teams program to boost tenant engagement across several accounts, while identifying opportunities to expand its reach.
+ Team Liaison: Serve as a vital communication bridge between the brokerage team and leasing offices across properties to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
+ Content Gathering: Attend events to capture compelling photos and other content assets that tell the story of our community events.
+ Social Media Channel Management:
+ Curate and manage content for LinkedIn and Instagram, with some activity on Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).
+ Manage 6 total channels, including the overarching and individual property accounts.
+ Content Creation: Develop visually appealing marketing materials for digital and print platforms using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
Requirements
+ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
+ Proven experience managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
+ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design platforms.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creativity and storytelling.
