Primary Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role will primarily focus on managing event registration for our numerous tradeshows and events. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for event coordination and a keen eye for detail.

Essential Functions Event Registration: Manage the registration process from concept to launch for assigned events, including online registration platforms, email marketing, and onsite registration.Develop and implement effective registration strategies to maximize attendee numbers and revenue.Provide leadership insights and analytics throughout the registration process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide excellent customer service to registrants, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.Act as main point of contact for internal & external partners.Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the communications team to develop communications, including email newsletters with pertinent registration information. Event Logistics: Assist with event logistics, such as coordinating with external partners and/or vendors, managing on-site registration, and overseeing attendee check-in.Work closely with the event team to ensure a seamless attendee experience.Travel to tradeshows & events to effectively manage the registration process.Data Analysis: Track and communicate key metrics, such as registration numbers, travel patterns, attendee demographics, and event revenue.Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations /provide insights for future events.General Marketing:Update event website(s) and necessary apps with pertinent information. Conduct training(s) for tradeshows & events to ensure understanding and alignment from attendees. Track and process payments for tradeshows & events. Other duties & projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years’ experience in marketing, tradeshow/event planning, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite:WordExcel: VLOOKUPs, SUM/SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), and other relevant formulas; Pivot Tables, chart creation to analyze dataPowerPoint: chart creation to analyze data, effective & concise visuals to convey storyExperience with event registration software (e.g., Cvent, including a strong understanding of Cvent’s interface, menus, tools, and more; Microsoft Dynamics, including importing & exporting data, managing attendee lists, and generating reports) is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A passion for events and a keen eye for detail.Willingness to travel (15-30%).
