This role includes defining workflows, creating organizational tools, and managing orders for contracted high schools and various camps. The ideal candidate will also develop templates to streamline tracking and ensure efficient management of all orders and related workflows.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the product assortment and ordering process for EYBL teams (boys and girls), ensuring seamless execution and delivery. (February to August) Create and document a clear process to support EYBL teams with their ordering needs. Build templates to effectively track and organize EBL workflows. Qualifications: Understands high school spots culture, grass roots basketball boys and girls teams, and how the season/products/games work. High attention to detail, very organized, project coordinator mindset. Excel, Keynote, can document their processes. Self starter, asks questions, motivated to solve problems, good attitude. Nice to Have: Experience as an equipment manager, understands high school space, has managed sport events. Experience ordering equipment with ServiceNow or similar ordering systems.
