As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. Specific requirements include the ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, the ability to meet/exceed client needs and resolve complaints. Work with the marketing team to create dynamic campaigns, strategies, and digital presence to support the hotel’s brand positioning and image. Answer and direct service/sales/catering phone callsMaintain work areas neat and organizedMaintain a good working relationship with other departments, employees and guestsPrepare contracts for assigned Sales ManagersProcess Gift Certificate requests, prepare Gift Certificate, maintain log, and make reservationsHandle correspondence to the Director of Sales & Marketing and other assigned Sales ManagersTranscribe dictated letters, memos, etc. Prepare graphs, charts, statistical research and budget informationAttend mandatory meetings as assignedPrepare weekly ownership reportsComplete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross trainingMaintain files on promotions and advertisingProcess sales & marketing invoicesMarketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaignsCoordinate and support the execution of promotional events, including photo shoots, and community initiativesMonitor and report on marketing campaign performanceMaintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channelsAssist in managing relationships with vendors and external partnersReview hotel and restaurant websites to ensure accuracy.Work with sales and F&B department heads to create special offers and coordinate execution across the hotel and restaurantsWork with F&B manager to create content for F&BKeep marketing calendar up to date. Actualize prior month and tighten up next 60 days.
