**The community you’ll be caring for:** _AdventHealth Riverview_
· AdventHealth is expanding our medical expertise, innovation, and state-of-the-art technology to southern Hillsborough County through a brand-new hospital in Riverview, which is scheduled to open in 2024.
· The new AdventHealth Riverview hospital will include 82 beds at time of opening with space to expand to 202 beds in the future.
· This $250 million project in Riverview also includes a 100,000 square foot, four-story Medical Office Building that will provide community members convenient access to expert care.
· AdventHealth Riverview will offer a wide range of health care services which includes emergency, cardiovascular, digestive, urology, orthopedic and women’s care.
**The role you’ll contribute:**
_The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing manager in all volume driving, key service line initiatives and campaigns._ _Marketing Coordinator will also support with community partnerships, sponsorships, health talks and events. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee the photo and video content projects for the hospital, support the management of the hospital's external website, and collaborate with the West Florida Division team on social media initiatives and campaigns._
_This position works closely with local publications, local advertising agency, community partners, local schools, photographers, videographers, corporate digital team, regional media relations and marketing teams, directors, managers, physicians, nurses, and administration while reporting to the Marketing Manager._ _Position also has a strong tie to the physician liaison, and community liaison to ensure volume and program goals are met and any issues affecting marketability are properly escalated and resolved. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities as well as the advertising strategies and tactics to grow the brand, and service line volumes at the hospital._
_Responsible for facilitating hospital and community events. Supports service line campaigns with physician seminars to drive volume, collaterals to promote key service lines at events and aligns messaging across all media assets._ _Facilitates and maintains hospital's Healthy Happenings event calendar._ _Is responsible for creating these events as they align with key service lines and marketing strategies._ _Fiscally responsible and understands marketing budget, helping to ensure expenditures align with annual budget._ _Researches advertising opportunities as needed and makes appropriate recommendations. Directly supports physician liaison and community liaison representatives by ensuring they have collaterals and other resources to share with physicians and community._ _Represents the hospital positively in the community through civic or other associations as appropriate. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all._

Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
· Four-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or related field.
· Experience in marketing, public relations or communications.
