About the Role & Team

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sofia. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Director Balkans while supporting the Marketing activities in Bulgaria to ensure that TWDC and its channel brands are positioned in a relevant and compelling way to consumers, viewers, advertisers and affiliates on air and off air, and internally within TWDC.

This role will require you to work 4 days a week in our Sofia office with one day working from home.
 

What You Will Do

Assist the maintenance and coordination of content production for TWDC websites and Social media;

Assist in translating, developing and planning and executing different advertising and communication materials and activities for TWDC in Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia;

Provide administrative support to Marketing team in executing the marketing objectives and budgets;

Assist the Brand Managers in communication with external and internal suppliers of creative services: briefs, debriefs, delivery of materials, etc.;

Communicate with studious, TWDC Global and TWDC Europe and Africa marketing teams in order to request, archive and get approved marketing materials;

Coordinate with TWDC marketing, programming and operation teams to ensure all marketing materials are delivered, localized and used properly and on time;

Prepare presentations and evaluations of Marketing campaigns’ results and deliver annual, monthly and specific marketing reports;

Coordinate workflow and production of Social Media and digital assets for TWDC brands’ SM pages with the digital European Team and the digital agencies in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria.
 

Required Qualifications & Skills

Completed university degree – Marketing or Communications;

Excellent computer literacy, especially with MS products;

Bulgarian and English language fluency.

Interest and basic knowledge of Digital marketing;

Results-driven;

Ability to think “outside the box”;

Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines;

Keen attention to detail;

Ambitious and eager to learn.
