Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Assurance)

Make campaigns ship on time, on brand, and error-free. Be the operational heartbeat of US marketing.
BSI’s Assurance division is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional programs across System Certification, Training, and Internal Supplier Audits (ISA). You’ll help localize global campaigns for the US market, manage assets, track results, and keep cross-functional work moving—so Sales gets what they need and the brand shows up flawlessly.

What you’ll own:
Campaign support: Coordinate emails, landing pages, webinar setup, and asset localization in Pardot and the CMS; ensure timelines and dependencies are clear in Workfront.
Global → US localization: Adapt Campaigns-in-a-Box for US sector needs and buyer personas; ensure tone, examples, and CTAs resonate.
Internal comms: Help build sales newsletters, briefings, toolkits, and event invites that keep teams aligned.
Asset management: Upload, tag, and version assets (decks, case studies, videos) in Frontify/DAM with clean naming and documentation.
How you’ll execute:
QA excellence: Check copy, links, form logic, UTMs, accessibility, and responsive design before launch.
Event support: Coordinate registrations, shipping, vendors, and on-site logistics; maintain event calendars and internal awareness.
Data & reporting: Track email, webinar, and lead metrics; support dashboards and recap decks with clear insights and next steps.
Governance awareness: Partner with ops to align to CAN-SPAM and CCPA/CPRA; help manage preference centers and unsubscribes.
How you’ll measure success:
On-time launches and QA pass rate
Asset hygiene (naming/versioning), brief → launch cycle time
Engagement and lead metrics (email/Webinar/LP) captured and reported
Stakeholder satisfaction (Sales/Field/Ops) and reduced rework
What you bring:
Stellar organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Comfort with Workfront, Pardot (or equivalent), CMS, and DAM tools
Spreadsheet chops and familiarity with GA4/ dashboards
Clear communication, proactive problem solving, and a team-first mindset
Curiosity and a continuous-improvement approach
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years B2B marketing experience (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred)
Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, Workfront, GA4 (or equivalents)
Language & travel:
Language: Strong command of English; Spanish or French a plus
Travel: Up to 5% for events and team activities

What we offer
The salary for this position can range from $61K to $72K annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
