THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working with the marketing team to implement strategies and programs being developed for all verticals of the business. There will be a heavy focus on project and process management and events from researching to planning and executing both internally and client-facing. The individual will serve as the day-to-day contact for administrative needs for the marketing team in all areas of business development, client service, and strategic vision execution. They must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

 

This role will collaborate closely with all our cross-channel partners including Creative, Global Planning, Global Sales, Global Partnerships, Hospitality, Global Merchandise, Global Technology Solutions, Attractions, Growth Enterprises, and Golf teams.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support both corporate and client initiatives for developing marketing and brand campaigns.

Manage creation process for corporate and client presentations, including responses to RFPs, pitches, business reviews, case studies, and internal strategy decks.

Collaborate and support planning for top-tier corporate and client-facing events, including employee summits and leadership meetings, and world-class experiences for clients at marquee sports and entertainment events.

Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing and communications campaigns.

Develop content for Legends internal communications, including weekly news recaps, content for employee intranet, and promotional materials for employee resource groups.

Other duties, projects, and responsibilities as defined by the business environment. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably at an agency or in the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Eager, self-starter who has a strong ability to take lead on a project.

Detail-oriented individual, who takes pride in delivering an accurate product.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in the administrative oversight of brand marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs to reinforce brand objectives.
