The Marketing Coordinator is responsible of:

Promotional Materials:

Briefing, creative & development process (design and medical approach)

VMAP submission & on time approval

Distribution process

Reapprovals internal and external

CME Events: definition, execution, FF communication, medical alignment, administrative process, follow up & event closure.

POs: New vendor register process, PO creation and follow up, ensure invoice payment process.

KOL interaction: partnership with medical affairs and M&E (Vendor registration, document gathering, compliance fulfillment, payment follow up).

Sampling: Data consolidation, JCain system submission (distribution by sales rep) and MyForce samples assignment.

DME: assure DME execution (quotation, PO, supplier follow up, invoicing and payment) and DME finance execution.

Supply: data analysis (risks and opportunities) and follow up of agreements.

Commercial: analysis of provided information.

Cross functional interaction with internal partners: Field Force, finance, sales effectiveness, procurement, medical, compliance, regulatory, supply and logistics

Execution and follow up of the omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with the life cycle and specific objectives of each portfolio brands.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Data analysis (DDD, ITM/TTM, IQVIA & Close Up).

Accountable of the execution of the advertising and promotion budget (A&P / DME).

Development of promotional materials to HCPs and general audience.

Accountable of execution process of detail aids, promotional materials and sampling processes.

Master of internal processes (Finance, procurement, legal, medical, regulatory, medical, compliance, etc.)

Development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies.

Public Relationships with medical societies and KOLs.

Facilitate the coordination of the participation on National and International congresses.

The basic qualifications for this role are:

Training and Education

Bachelor on Marketing, Business administration or similar.

Specialty on Marketing, Digital or similar (Preferred).

Diplomats or marketing certified courses (Preferred).

Prior Experience

Experience of minimum of 2 years in Pharma Industry or similar

Technical Competencies

Spanish and English fluent business communication.

MS Office Advanced (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)

Veeva Advanced

SAP (Preferentially)
