Marketing Coordinator - Cebu-Based

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct site inspections to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all merchandising items. Identify areas for improvement including other departments concerns for site experience. Upload construction milestone photos with details in the DMCI Website Conduct booth exhibit inspections for assigned projects and identify areas for improvement. Monitor presence and adequacy of collateral and merchandise materials. Prepare, Submit and Secure approval of work plan on specific promotional and merchandising efforts based on job orders. Validate marketing plan for project visibility by identifying and recommending strategic spots for outdoor merchandise with high target market reach / traffic Update and maintain the Online Operations Monitoring System for tracking of request transmitted to Purchasing. Regularly align with Brand specialist for branding and creative content consistency and technical concerns. May also directly coordinate with Creative but Brand need to be informed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications, Fine Arts, Art History, Visual Communications, and Advertising. At least 1 years client-side or agency-side visual merchandising / trade marketing experience (real estate, FMCG/retail, publishing)
