Marketing Coordinator II

The Marketing Coordinator II will develop, execute, and support marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. This role focuses on coordinating projects, managing internal and external communication channels, and supporting product launches, events, and other initiatives that align with company goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments.

Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management and reporting.

Experience in coordinating events, content creation, managing cross-functional projects, and video content creation and editing is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute content (social media posts, longform and shortform videos, newsletters, product briefs, brochures, one-pagers, etc.).

Support content creation for websites, email campaigns, presentations, and brochures in alignment with brand guidelines.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver engaging marketing collateral.

Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and company-sponsored events.

Coordinate trade show and event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Manage website updates and monitor performance.

Execute social media strategies, scheduling posts and tracking performance metrics.

Collect and analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Maintain dashboards and track KPIs such as lead generation, website traffic, and ROI.

Partner with sales, product, research and development, and other departments to support new product launches and initiatives.

Coordinate with external vendors for printing, design, or media purchases.

Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.

Support budget management and vendor invoicing processes.

Other duties or projects as assigned.

SKILLS:

Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Constant Contact.

Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to meet project goals.

Creativity and initiative in driving marketing solutions.

BASIC MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job requires the mental capabilities to take direction from others and complete work independently. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail are necessary in accomplishing the job duties.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND EXPOSURES:

General office working conditions, and occasional travel with exposure to inclement weather may be required.
