Primary responsibilities include supporting the Market Director, Marketing and Community Outreach in management and implementation of overall marketing strategies encompassing advertising, community relations, media relations, communications and other promotions for the Market’s hospitals and affiliated medical group. Additionally, this position will focus on facilitating and leveraging components of marketability to support competitive position and overall growth. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with approved vendors and corporate-based marketing and communications staff to support marketing campaigns, including measurement and reporting. This position works to ensure promotions and organizational presence are consistent with organization and Market objectives. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Market Director, Marketing and Community Outreach.
**Education** :
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field required.
**Certifications/Experience:**
+ Minimum 2-4 years direct marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
+ Strong analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to identify and act on insights that drive business results
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides; ideal candidate will also be comfortable with Canva and the basic use of Adobe design tools.
+ Outstanding organizational skills are necessary to support multiple entities and various projects
+ Ability to collaborate and communicate with a multitude of key stakeholders, both internal and external
