Marketing Copywriter, Senior Associate

As a Marketing Copywriter, Senior Associate in our in-house Creative team at Chase, you will play a crucial role in crafting content across all channels. You are a storyteller, editor, and strategic thinker who will create compelling content that empowers and delights users. Job Responsibilities:

Write engaging, strategic content for web, social media, communications, display, OOH, and search, including both organic and paid media. Ideate and deliver end-to-end campaigns focused on creating exceptional customer experiences. Partner with stakeholders across the business to build trust and find smart solutions to complex problems. Advocate for readability, usability, and inclusivity, keeping every customer in mind. Think critically and ask the right questions to ensure we’re doing things the right way. Collaborate harmoniously with fellow copywriters and contribute to the Content team’s value and reputation. Mentor colleagues by sharing best practices in writing.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proven portfolio showcasing your writing expertise and successful projects. Relevant writing experience in a marketing or creative role, preferably within finance or another regulated industry. Understanding of great customer experience (CX) and the role of content in shaping propositions. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to ask insightful questions. Effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Technically skilled writer with a knack for language, capable of crafting compelling narratives. Guardian and advocate for our voice and tone. Keen eye for detail and accuracy. Familiarity with regulated environments and willingness to learn about finance. Team player who seeks opportunities to add value and make an impact.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field. Experience working within brand guidelines. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders.
