Coches.net & Motos.net Marketing team is looking for a CRM Manager. You will play a key role in coches.net/motos.net, building strong relationships with users/customers and contributing to the development of customer loyalty strategy.
At coches.net, our mission is to help people find the best mobility solution they need and help buyers and sellers along the transaction journey. As CRM Manager, you maximize customer lifetime value and sustain active user engagement at the marketplace. You also involve strategic planning and analysis of loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, and retention tactics to make it happen.
You will work with the CRM Specialist and report to the Marketing Director. Also, you work very closely with all marketing areas and Cluster teams at Motor on a daily basis.
What you will do
Responsible for overseeing and improving customer retention and loyalty programs across all business units at coches.net
Develop loyalty and retention strategies at marketing/product to reach business goals
Strategic planning and analysis of customer engagement strategies, and retention tactics to maximize customer lifetime value and sustain active user engagement
Reporting and Stakeholder Management: report on key metrics to main stakeholders and act as the representative CRM area at coches.net in Adevinta
Work with cluster teams to consolidate feature requests and facilitate requirement prioritization of the CRM plan in the roadmap, to take customer engagement strategies to the next level aligned with the motor strategy
Anticipate, manage and mitigate risks of misalignments among marketing & cluster teams
Work with data analytics team to track customer behavior, program performance, and retention rates across different user segments
Leverage insights from data to refine and optimize loyalty and retention strategies
Provide strategic recommendations based on program data and market trends
Manage product marketing plans to ensure the best awareness of new features in coches.net
Forecasting and owner of CRM goals, main metrics and KPIs
Ensure aligned growth strategies with paid & growth team
Qualifications
5+ years experience within a CRM marketing team managing campaigns and customer segmentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong technical understanding of CRM solutions and capabilities
Ability to align priorities across multiple stakeholders (HTML, SQL, etc)
Project management skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities/tasks
Organization and data analysis skills; ability to drive actionable conclusions from complex data sets
Data-driven: detail, performance and results-oriented
Knowledge of tableau, and analytics is preferred
Experience with A/B multivariate testing preferred
Excellent written skills: Spanish and fluent in English
High attention to detail and advanced literacy in Excel and PowerPoint
Braze knowledge is a must
