Marketing Cross Capabilities Lead
Job Description

This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as the Marketing Cross Capabilities Lead! In this role, you will act as the nerve center to accelerating the marketing evolution by supporting the adoption of marketing capabilities across our marketing organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful planning, roll out and execution of marketing initiatives and capabilities.  You will focus on driving our marketing evolution by supporting our enablement and brand teams to achieving goals and timelines through ongoing assessment of needed resources, objectives, and workstreams. The Marketing Cross Capabilities Lead will help shape the future of our Global Marketing Organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the Nerve Center that directly supports the marketing leadership team providing strategic support to continue to support accelerators that support our marketing evolution.Lead the project timing and resourcing of cross capability planning. Responsible for project progress tracking, providing insights and updating senior stakeholders.Ensure our marketing evolution focuses on achieving goals and timelines through ongoing assessment of needed resources, capabilities and stress-testing workstreams.Responsible for tightly aligning stakeholders through ensuring accountability, identifying interdependencies, sharing lessons and measuring value captured.Support onboarding of the new operating modelEnsure global marketing organization is operating as one team to execute a cohesive strategy and ensuring that we have opportunities to develop and grow as the best marketing organization.Collaborate with teams to drive progress of critical workstreams, ensuring expected impacts are realized and proactively addressing any challenges that arise.Assist in marketing evolution with support of developing content with key stakeholders that aids in rolling out and training our marketing team to drive adoption and forward progress to new marketing approach. Responsible for broad communication across the marketing organization to support adoption and support of the GM marketing approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing with a preference of brand marketing experienceUnderstanding of strategic deliverables on collaborative projectsStrong organization skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teamsProficiency in creating and delivering impactful strategic executive level presentationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be a self-starter, take initiative and ask the right questions
