Marketing Customer Insights Sr Analyst

Your Impact

The Customer Insights Senior Analyst will own customer insights projects for a specific business area(s) such as Customer Experience Design, Digital, Pro, or Store Operations.

What You Will Do

Develop a thorough understanding of share data sources and expertise in leveraging share reporting tools.Build expertise and serve as a subject matter expert in share analytics, knowing which analytical approach or source to use with limited guidance.Proactively mine share data and highlight business opportunities through story telling.Partner with suppliers to provide and evolve ongoing and ad hoc share data reporting based on business needs.Present out recommendations to a variety of leaders across the organization.Validate data integrity and quality of all inputs.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field3-5 years of market research experienceProven ability to integrate multiple data points to bring powerful insights to the businessExperience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Experience

Experience leveraging market share data in a retail or manufacturer environmentMaster’s Degree in a related fieldConcentration in relevant area (Market Research, Statistics)Experience working in a retail environment
