Job DescriptionWhat's it all about?
The Marketing & Customer Partnership Manager role is to deliver co-marketing programmes with Merchants & Acquirers, with a focus on Brand and Product, delivering measurable business outcomes. In addition, the role will support the planning, development, and execution of the brand marketing activities of Visa Nordic & Baltics.
The Marketing & Customer Partnership Manager, will be based in Stockholm and work with key marketing colleagues, and directly with key Merchants & Acquirers in the Nordics and Baltics, to identify mutual business opportunities, develop and implement marketing programmes and measure results.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Identify marketing collaboration opportunities with key Merchant & Acquirers partners in Nordics and BalticsSupport the delivery of Visa brand and B2C/B2B2C marketing activation plans, including brand marketing, digital/social media, and sponsorship activationDevelop and manage special offers with merchants for Visa cardholdersWork on the toolkits that are shared with the issuers prior the campaign launch for Product Solutions (B2B2C)Support in structuring and delivering Marketing campaigns that are scheduled on the annual calendarBuild strong project cases to pitch for money outside of current budgeted scopeOptimise the value of Visa's sponsorship portfolio to deliver against Merchant and Acquirers objectives in collaboration with the Merchant Sales and Solutions team, engage directly with key Merchant and Acquirers, develop working relationships and build joint marketing programsDevelop and share co-marketing use cases and best practices, to guide and inspire Merchants and Acquirers and the wider Visa organisationOversee complex local projects in partnership with stakeholders within and outside of the function, including Legal, Sales, Finance, and agencies.Provide tailored feedback/advise to Merchants and Acquirers to support their marketing objectivesWhere needed, manage and/or brief creative, media, and/or third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery of marketing programsManage forecasts, production and campaign trackingManage budget for whole Marketing teamRecognise latest consumer and industry trends and innovate to develop new marketing strategiesDeliver post-campaign analysis and trackingUpdate and manage local websitesSupport the wider team on broader Client activations where required.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsResults-oriented marketer with experience with world-class brandsStrong experience of Marketing/B2B PartnershipsExperience in the fundamentals of marketing, with a clear commercial focusAbility to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders internally (matrix, global organization) and externally (Merchant and Acquirers)Achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often under tight deadlinesComfortable with engaging and presenting with impact to senior decision makersEducated to degree level or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in Trade Marketing, Retail sector or Marketing Agency working on retail accounts desirableFluent in EnglishExcellent oral and written communication skillsInfluencing and negotiation skillsComfortable working with Data and InsightsBudget management and reportingAbility to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teamHave a curiosity to develop deep knowledge and understanding of Visa's opportunities and challengesStay up to date with industry trends and marketing best practices, channels, tools, and techniquesAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
