This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Marketing Data Analyst
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Data Science, this individual will have the freedom to utilize the latest technologies to solve challenging problems. The Marketing Data Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment, with diverse data sets and technologies to handle inbound tickets, data analytics requests and a number of challenging data problems. This role will collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations and Sales Operations teams to provide insights from your analysis and remove obstacles stemming from data integrity issues.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Analysis & Remediation
In this area of responsibility, you will participate in the monitoring of data enrichment processes. Communicating clearly the results of analysis to RingCentral staff.
Operational Management & System Integrity
The Marketing Data Analyst will consult with internal stakeholders and technical experts to further assess issues as well as potential system level improvements. You will develop and execute test plans to check technical performance and accuracy of infrastructure and report findings to make recommendations for improvement.
What You Will Do:
Help Marketing & Sales Operations to design solutions to support business stakeholders and growing business needs while thoroughly considering the system impact
Contribute in change control policies, architecture, system/data flows and deployment strategies
Assess territory-change implementation procedures to ensure they comply Sales and Marketing business objectives
Automate data-driven tasks and design processes that require zero intervention
Manipulate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data and translate into actionable insights using innovative techniques
Manages the alignment of Sales and Marketing for global territory management and associated functions including but not limited to territory planning, territory segments, regional routing structures, coordination of regional development operations and data and systems requirements.
Develop a deep understanding of the full tech stack, write technical specifications, learn the fundamentals of systems integrations and development of ETL standardization, processing and automation for global systems and data integrations. Required to learn core functions of data science and perform associated tasks.
Additional duties include documentation and policy development for the alignment of Marketing and Sales processes
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years’ experience in a similar role or with similar experience
Working knowledge of Marketing and Sales data systems and structure
Analytical research and strong attention to detail is a must
Strong documentation skills and working knowledge of architectural diagrams
A quick learner, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; adaptability and a strong self-teaching ethic are highly valued
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a matrixed environment
