Oversee data integrations between marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and streamline data collection processes. Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data governance, ensuring a high level of accuracy and reliability. Support the marketing team in executing data-driven strategies and initiatives, adapting to changing market conditions. 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or data analysis, preferably in a B2B environment. Proficiency in Marketo, Validity, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and experience with data integrations. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Must be fluent in English. Should posses strong business acumen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
