The Marketing Development Lead will assist in the development and acceleration of the GM Marketing Way across the global marketing organization. This role is key in promoting and driving acceleration of the GM Marketing Way with one simple approach to marketing that drives outcomes aligned to clear measures of success and ways of working. They will support the Global Marketing Development Manager and SMEs to infuse the GM Marketing Way into marketing processes and development of marketing. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced project management and collaboration skills to deliver impact supporting the organizations growth and core marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
Support GM Marketing Way Process: : Assist in the development and implementation of global marketing processes, .
Marketing Way 2 Grow: Support the rollout of the GM Marketing Way across the global marketing organization. Assist in embedding the GM Marketing Way across marketing.
Marketing Development: Collaborate with SMEs to develop tools and process to support the Marketing Way. Assist in managing relationships with internal SMEs and external partners to support the acceleration of our marketing organization.
Marketing Development Support: Assist in planning and executing organizational initiatives, including supporting project timelines, coordinating logistics. Assist in developing integrated measurement (KPI) strategy to measure progress and ensure long-term success.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, talent development, or employee engagement, with some global exposure preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple moving parts across departments and regions.
Knowledge of marketing and customer experience strategies and approaches.
Understanding of marketing technical skills, with experience in developing strategic frameworks
Knowledge of digital tools and platforms; experience with SharePoint, Viva, or similar systems is beneficial.
