The Marketing Development Program (MDP) is a multi-year (2-3 year) rotational program designed to offer a wide range of developmental opportunities. It equips recent university graduates with the skills needed to manage the full product life cycle, from market research and new product development to product launch, commercialization, and product line rationalization. The MDP provides a well-rounded experience within our organization and the professional construction industry. Participants will engage in rotational assignments, within Product Management, Marketing Communications, Market Research, and/or Sales Planning & Forecasting. These structured experiences aim to enhance participants' problem-solving skills, foster collaboration, offer mentoring, provide cross-functional exposure, and deliver formal training. After finishing the rotational program, our MDP participants will be assigned to permanent roles within the company, aligning their interests with organizational needs for a rewarding career experience.

IN THE THREE-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Assisting Product Managers in launching new construction industry products in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, MarCom, and Sales Conducting extensive research to anticipate customer needs Staying updated on market trends, technologies, competitors, and product certifications Participating in the development of product launch strategies and ensuring successful execution Generating innovative ideas to increase market awareness and drive product sales Analyzing existing product sales and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities Developing and implementing e-commerce, digital and other channel marketing strategies Monitoring economic conditions and key indicators to predict future demand Providing analytical support as needed Provide support for various customer engagement and PR events

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, engineering or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with managing multiple tasks or project Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Authorized to work in the US now or in the future without sponsorshipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
Prior internship or co-op experience Consumer products experience and sales experience preferred Experience in market research and data analytics Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Initiative and follow-through Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail Core skills in planning, organizing, and process management
Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule dependent on your department and leadership approval. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.
