Within 1 month you’ll:Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to growBuild relationships with internal business partners including Marketing and SalesReceive administrative training on how to leverage internal tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Connect and Sell, Discover.org and LinkedIn NavigatorGain a strong understanding of Technology Business Management space and the business challenges Apptio solvesComplete your onboarding trainingBegin to cold call and understand how to leverage your knowledge to overcome objectionWithin 3 months you’ll:Have a strong understanding of the business, and be in a position to help us learnWork with your assigned field sales team, managers and peers to gain learning on product, talk track and prospectingBecome an expert on internal tools and processesWithin 6 months you’ll:Begin to consistently hit quota and activity metricsWork with your assigned Field Sales Team to shadow demosAssist in the development of best practices for lead generationCollaborate with your manager to build a continued learning planWithin 12 months you’ll:At 12-months, you will be a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact in Lead GenerationWork with sales and marketing to help create new campaigns to drive pipelineParticipate in and lead certain onboarding and continuing education programsReport, track, and share productivity measurements with your teamHave a complete understanding of the Apptio product suiteIdentify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumenStrive for a Sales Development Representative promotion through continued achievement of quota attainment and exhibiting Apptio’s core values
