Marketing Director, Innovative Customer Solutions - Adult Vaccines
Site Name: USA - Pennsylvania - Philadelphia Posted Date: Feb 3 2025 In this Marketing Director role, you will be accountable for delivering innovative, key initiatives that drive accelerated vaccine uptake in adult immunization demand across several customer segments. You will be responsible for the development of the business plan, the strategic and tactical approach, and implementation of market shaping solutions. You will ensure that the performance measures are aligned to the overall strategic goals of the adult vaccines business for GSK. The successful candidate will be an effective partner to key customers and external organizations and the adult vaccine brand teams to ensure pull-through of key initiatives that deliver value to our customers. The responsibilities of the role could include but are not limited to the following: Drive change: Think deeper and more dynamic than the traditional pharmaceutical marketing mindset Assess and understand customers’ needs via insights by understanding the implications for the business transformation Develop, implement and scale up go-to-market marketing plans including field sales execution, non-personal HCP promotion, and DTC marketing Partner with the matrixed team to drive understanding, alignment and execution of the marketing plans Partner with brand, retail, health system, and relevant customer facing teams to ensure end-to-end coordination Partner cross-functionally and with external partners to define KPIs and analyze performance of key commercial programs on an ongoing basis Drive ecosystem awareness in the adult immunization space for new opportunities and threats to inform the evolution of the adult immunization strategy Lead your people with a courageous attitude as a servant leader of the business and those who support it Why You? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS/BA, Minimum of 3 years of Brand management experience. Minimum of 2 years of OCM / Digital marketing expertise Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing direct reports (2+) Ability to be in-office (FMC) consistently 2-3 days per week Preferred Qualifications: Vaccine experience preferred Deep marketing expertise: marketing or other relevant commercial experience Ability to utilize insights from key customers – patients, payers, providers – to drive market opportunity analysis and develop actionable insights Proven agile decision-making, strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills Experience influencing without direct authority across cross-functional teams, working effectively in complex situations Previous leadership experience of 2+ team members Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make appropriate data-driven decisions Strategy development, particularly in complex and novel environments Please visit GSK US Benefits Summary to learn more about the comprehensive benefits program GSK offers US employees.
