Roles & Responsibilities: + Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with AniCura’s business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, analyze customer insights, and leverage competitive intelligence to drive brand positioning and business expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate branding, customer segmentation, campaigns, product offerings, and customer experience initiatives. + Research & Insights: Optimize and leverage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention. Use advanced analytics to improve targeting, segmentation, and loyalty programs, ensuring customer-centric strategies that drive growth and long-term value. + Funnel Optimization & Customer Journey Mapping: Oversee the entire customer journey, from awareness to loyalty, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and physical touchpoints. Enhance brand visibility, refine the consideration phase, and drive conversion by improving online interactions, appointment booking processes, and in-clinic experiences. + Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and other digital channels. Oversee UX and brand design to ensure a unified and engaging customer experience. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance personalization, optimize media spend, and improve conversion rates. Stay ahead of digital trends to maintain AniCura’s competitive edge. + Brand Development & Thought Leadership: Strengthen AniCura’s brand identity and market presence. Develop compelling storytelling, content marketing, and PR strategies that reinforce AniCura’s reputation as a trusted provider of veterinary care. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all markets. + Leadership & Culture: Build and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture. Lead, mentor, and support team members, driving performance excellence and professional growth. Manage external partnerships with agencies and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities. + Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and clinical teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Foster strong relationships within the AniCura network and across the broader Mars Veterinary Health ecosystem. Education and professional qualifications: + University degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
