For best results, use Google Chrome to view this page.Meaningful Work From Day OneThe overall responsibility of the SCA & C Marketing Director is to lead and develop the Marketing Organization across the PUB and SouLACC regions, which includes Brazil, the Brazil border markets of Paraguay, Uruguay (ROP), Central America and the Caribbean (CARCAM), Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador markets.
This role is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of Marketing and Portfolio strategies that leads to both short-term and long-term growth. This role is a key member of the SCA&C Leadership Team and the Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil (PUB) Leadership Team.
What You Can ExpectDefines long-term marketing strategy for SCA&C, including portfolio, brand communication and pricing strategy, ensuring that it is in alignment with overall region/global/corporate strategy.
Coordinates the development of brand strategies and brand plans - short and long-term for SCA&C
Defines the innovation pipeline by evaluating the potential of the B-F portfolio against current and future opportunities across SCA&C
Understands consumer behavior in SCA&C and develops methods to continually develop insights
Ensures that the capabilities of the marketing teams are developed in line with the global capability framework and BF Values
Provides active leadership and talent development to the SCA&C marketing team, coaching direct reports via delivery of clear, honest feedback and direction
Partners tightly with the Sales Organization, building a close working relationship across levels; provides thought leadership via shopper insights and ownership of trade marketing function
Collaborates and partners productively with all other leaders from functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Corporate Affairs
Responsible for ensuring optimal spending and oversight of SCA&C A&P budget
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent) and graduation in Business, Marketing, International Marketing or similar discipline
Experience: International experience, leader of multi countries teams, experience from a different markets and multinational companies
Portuguese, English and Spanish language skills
