Full-time, 18-month max-term contract position for Marketing Professionals

Sydney-based role with flexible work arrangement

Excel in an agile working environment with regional and global exposure 

As a Marketing Enabler, you will enhance the customer experience and create value for patients, the Australian healthcare system, and Roche. You will play a crucial role in leading commercial strategy within a cross-functional team and shaping the future of a Disease Area (DA) or brand.

What will you be working on:

As part of the Customer Experience Chapter, your responsibilities will include:

Providing commercial leadership within cross-functional teams, driving strategy and executing tactics

Creating and implementing promotional activities, in collaboration with field and digital teams

Producing commercial materials with internal and external agencies.

Delivering outcomes driven customer experience using omnichannel approaches

Analyzing insights and market research to identify commercial opportunities

Managing budgets and influencing portfolio resourcing and investments

Promoting marketing and omnichannel capabilities within the organization

Collaborating with the Roche network to share insights and best practices

Who you are:

You are a qualified Marketing professional who thrives working in an empowered, dynamic and agile working environment and able to understand relationships, create purposeful strong internal/external collaborations with key stakeholders to enable better outcomes for patients.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or an equivalent qualification is required. An MBA or Postgraduate degree is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in the marketing function or equivalent including digital/ omnichannel expertise gained within the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector is required.

Experience in product launches, sales, or other cross-functional areas (e.g. medical affairs, market access) is desirable

Knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and other relevant standards and guidelines (preferred)

With your expertise in data comprehension, critical appraisal, synthesis interpretation and delivery of data/information skills, you are able to co-create solutions to address customer needs. 

Having the full eligibility to live and work in Australia is required for this 18 Months Max Term  Sydney-base role as visa and/or relocation support is not available for this role.
