As a marketing enabler, you enable assigned business teams in their mission, to elevate the role we play as Roche in society - from mostly offering world-class medicines towards much more partnering, innovating and leading generative disruption, to ensure we deliver better outcomes for patients, the ecosystem and the Roche organization, faster.
You act as an expert for marketing, digital marketing and strategy, while providing integrated systems thinking and leadership, in developing, owning, and jointly implementing team outcomes together with the TA Cross functional team members.
Your Opportunity
Co-own and pursue outcomes together with assigned, empowered TA cross functional teams and work package teams in an agile work environment with a fluid resourcing model (i.e., assignment to one or more teams that can change over time, contribution to work packages on local and international level)
Proactively provide and bring in expertise in marketing, digital marketing and strategy development, while taking an integrated (marketing, medical, access) and systems approach, to co-develop and coexecute strategies and outcome-based plans together with assigned teams
Bring in product strategy perspective to co-define local portfolio strategy and outcome-based plans
Take the lead for marketing tasks and related work packages, e.g., related to
Market analysis and landscaping
Product strategy
Segmentation, targeting, positioning and value proposition for healthcare solutions
Product demand & supply forecasting
Financial forecasting, financial analyses
Product availability to patients
In collaboration with the assigned teams and the Customer Experience function, ensure that customer experience concepts and goals are incorporated into outcomes and activities, omnichannel engagements plans are built in based on overall TA strategy and outcomes
Work closely with subject matter experts for Access and other team members on outcomes and initiatives aiming to increase access for patients to our medicines and other healthcare solutions, including coordination and support of advocacy building as well as listing and funding initiatives
Enable Patient Journey Partners to tailor communications and campaigns to customers and lead the development and execution of the communication campaigns and strategies, owning the collaboration with the lab.
Ensure all business activities within the ecosystem comply with relevant company SOPs, PHARMA Code of Conduct, iFPMA, Symphony (and of equivalence) and are of high ethical standard.
Engage with customers as required, in alignment with the respective primary point of contacts, to validate market insights and customer needs, and drive assigned initiatives / work packages
Who you are
Possess Degree in Health / Medical Sciences and/or Business / Marketing with strong passion to create value and impact on the ecosystem
Have proven knowledge and skills in Marketing, including Digital Marketing (digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, content marketing, data analytics)
Possess 5 years experience in a commercial/marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Have significant customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare, preferably with strong local market understanding
Proven effective leadership in cross-functional teams
Experience in agile ways of working and methodologies preferred
Possess cultural and organizational agility, comfortable with and track record of operating and influencing in all directions in a global network/matrix environment
Previous work experience in Breast & Lung Cancer would be an asset
