Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating post tour, premium gifting to guests and the presentation for purchase of the Encore program to all TNS (Tour No Sale) guests. The role also includes related paperwork and information tracking.

Preferred Education and Experience

High school completion or equivalentRelated work experience

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in English, Mandarin or Japanese language Good personalityStrong communication skills especially speakingPositive interpersonal skills.Able to work in a deadline and target.Strong hospitality skills.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS  

Introduce Encore program to all TNS guests for purchaseSell Encore packages to TNS guests who choose to purchaseComplete all necessary documentation for the program including Encore purchases and other tracking as requiredMaintain minimum production standards for Encore Program
