Marketing/Engagement Coordinator NOTE: The following position is for a proposed new/future business within Transdev. Only candidates meeting the work experience requirements will be considered. As a Marketing/Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to engage our target audience and promote our transit services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and coordinate events and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our transit solutions. Transdev is proud to offer: Competitive compensation package of minimum $48,214.40 – maximum $60,257.60 Benefits include:Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 daysHolidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and ridership of our transit services.Create and curate engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.Coordinate and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to promote our transit services.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.Engage with the community and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve our services.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in the transit or transportation industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements: Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.  About Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
