Responsibilities Make an impact As a Marketing & Events Specialist at Swisslog, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand across DACH. You’ll take ownership of executing high-impact events throughout the DACH region - ranging from Swisslog-hosted conferences to sponsored exhibitions - while ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. The position is based in our Dortmund office with hybrid working available. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing EMEA, while working closely with the Marketing Manager DACH and collaborating with regional marketing managers, you’ll help standardize event execution across the EMEA region, and support broader marketing initiatives within the DACH market. Your hands-on expertise and proactive mindset will directly contribute to elevating our customer engagement, strengthening our market presence, and driving measurable results across DACH. Organize Swisslog’s presence at events and trade shows, following corporate design guidelines Plan, execute, and optimize Swisslog organized and Swisslog sponsored events. Implement local events, ensuring collateral and assets (invitation communications, online event listings, registration requirements etc.) are executed on time and on-brand. Ensure the standardization of external events across EMEA, and alignment with other events. Organize and coordinate the necessary technology demo travel and logistics to support DACH events, in collaboration with Swisslog's Product & Solution marketing. Conduct post-event reviews and socialize key learnings, ROI, and attendee follow-up to determine event success. Collaborate with marketing colleagues across the globe to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals Ad-hoc marketing administration.
