We are looking for a Marketing & Events Intern to support the organization of scientific events such as conferences, congresses, webinars and seminars. You will be an integral part of our global marketing team and will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the Life Sciences industry. + **Reporting to:** Marketing & Events Manager. + **Contract** : 6 months - Internship + **Activity** : Full-time (100%) + **Start date:** from 01/01/2025 + **Salary:** CHF 2'000 / month **Responsibilities and Duties** + Assist with the organization and execution of scientific conferences, webinars, local seminars, and roadshows + Help to create and maintain marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital tools + Be responsible for marketing materials stock and support logistics for global conferences + Attend some events and assist in promoting of the company and products as well as the setup and breakdown of event materials + Support the coordination of events logistics, including registration, travel, and accommodation for attendees + Track performance of activities and report on KPIs and ROI + Support budget tracking and reporting + Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the events organization process   **Qualifications** + You are a student or have graduated in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Events Management and you have an interest in working in Life Sciences Marketing + Strong organizational skills and fast learner + Demonstrated team player that is also comfortable working independently + Some experience using tools such as Adobe CC Suite, Canva, HubSpot and SharePoint is a strong plus + Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry is a strong plus + Fluency in English is a must.
