We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Specialist/Events Coordinator in the Vancouver, Washington market.

Job Description:

Make our phone ring!Plan and execute a coordinated marketing planWork with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basisGenerate, confirm and disperse LeadsManage overall marketing budget and spend to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or lessNegotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News PaperManage all Lead sources and vendors (to include but not limited to: Social media, PPC, Print, and TV)Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awarenessResearch and find Events and Shows within our assigned territoryRecruit, hire, train, and schedule Event DemonstratorsSet appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation during and after the Events and ShowsMeasure and report results

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Marketing experienceStrong communications skillsPositive, outgoing personalityStrong planning and organizational skillsAbility to coach, train and motivate othersAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust be available to work weekends

Compensation is Performance Base (hourly, plus performance-based bonuses)
