Reports To: Assistant Marketing Manager
This role sits within our Lifestyle Marketing team which is part of our Brand, Insights and Marketing Communications Department. The Lifestyle Marketing team plays a pivotal role to storytell and communicate our Cathay lifestyle pillars of business to customers through different channels.
As the Marketing Executive in the Lifestyle Marketing team, you will be responsible for producing and delivering world class marketing solutions for the Cathay programme and the partners. You will also be responsible for formulating industry specific marketing strategies and conceptualising and delivering marketing activity across all Cathay and Asia Miles’ touchpoints and will be working closely with marketing agencies on content development, etc.
We welcome candidates with experience in content development and marketing campaign management to join the team where you will gain valuable exposures and help us enhance our campaigns and marking initiatives for the Lifestyle Marketing pillar of business.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement marketing campaigns with the purpose of supporting our business partners’ marketing requirements and the company’s business objectiveAssist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns via multiple channels including eDM, social media, digital paid media and key opinion leaders (KOL), etcManage content for marketing campaigns, ensuring it is delivering the brand promise and adhering to brand guidelinesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Data Analytics, Business Development and Channel Marketing, for the planning and execution of marketing initiativesIdentify the right target market segmentation and design campaign workflow with marketing tools to deploy email marketing campaignsPrepare post campaign reports to monitor and evaluate campaign effectivenessCollaborate with internal and external teams to analyse campaign results, collect member behaviour insights and share with partners for future marketing initiativesRequirements
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related
disciplines2-3 years of relevant content development and/or marketing campaign management experienceExperience in Advertising/Media agencies will be an advantageExperience in Digital Marketing (eDM, social media marketing) and vendor management requiredMust have good analytical, data management and project management skills.Knowledge in using database management software and campaign management tool (Adobe Campaign/Marketing Cloud) will be a plus but not a mustKnowledge in marketing landscape in ecommerce space will be highly preferredStrong interpersonal and communications skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and EnglishPersonal & Application Information
