\nThe Marcom Executive assists the Marcom Manager in executing marketing activities to drive revenue streams and executes social media strategies, manages content and accounts, analyses performance, and oversees marketing projects, media relations, and communications. This role ensures seamless marketing integration, drives revenue, and enhances brand visibility through cross-department collaboration.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nSocial Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor platform performance, and respond to customer postings. Ensure alignment with the hotel’s marketing goals and optimise the online presence across websites, OTAs, and social media channels.\nMarketing Campaigns & PR: Coordinate and deliver marketing and PR strategies, monitor ongoing campaign performance, and provide regular reports. Promote hotel activities, including food and beverage, rooms, and events, through targeted marketing and public relations efforts.\nContent Creation & Collateral Development: Assist in creating promotional materials, in-house merchandising, and branded collateral while maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines. Manage the hotel’s media library, including photos, videos, press kits, and coverage archives.\nMedia Relations & Events: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, coordinate interviews, organise media visits, familiarisation trips, and handle on-site photoshoots and filming. Track media and social media activities, update databases, and archive press releases and coverage.\nInternal & External Communications: Support internal communications, including newsletters, press releases, and executive speeches. Respond to requests for information and actively monitor local news or events that may impact the hotel’s reputation.\nAdministrative & Reporting: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, manage budgets, prepare reports on activities, and ensure proper documentation and archiving for all marketing and PR materials.\nCollaboration & Relationship Management: Work closely with internal hotel departments, regional teams, and external partners, including agencies, suppliers, and community organisations. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a brand ambassador to ensure alignment across all efforts.\nTeam Contribution: Excel as a proactive team player, supporting management in marketing and PR projects and achieving agreed performance goals and objectives.\n\nWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
