About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations.
The ideal candidate will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities as they work with multiple Marketing Managers to deliver projects and deadlines across events and industries. You will be joining an exciting workplace that provides endless growth and development in line with the innovations demanded by our fast-paced and evolving event cycles
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategies – Support and independently execute comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Execution – Develop and execute campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
Understand Your Customer– Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and target audiences.
Brand Management – Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
Content Creation – Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Analytics – Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate & Innovate – Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content marketing.
Core skills in social media management, website management, email campaign planning/ creation/ management and SMS campaigns.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
Passion for learning and professional development.
High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
