Marketing Executive

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience, plus company benefits

Location: 18 Central Avenue, St Andrews Business Park, Norwich NR7 OHR

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Work model: Hybrid; minimum 2 days worked in the office per week

Williams Lea seeks a Marketing Executive to join our team!

Purpose of role 

As a Marketing Executive, you will plan and deliver multi-channel marketing activity for key clients to scheduled timescales, budgets, and brand requirements to meet sales and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver a wide range of campaigns which will incorporate the full marketing mix across online and offline channels. You will need to be confident speaking and presenting to clients and have demonstrable experience in delivering multichannel marketing campaigns.

  

The Fit:

Highly organised with the ability to co-ordinate and deliver multiple campaigns to timescales and budget  Confident in a large variety of digital marketing channels with a particular focus on social media both paid and organic Strong copywriting and content development skills  Organise and attend conferences and events  Brief and manage internal and external suppliers Work both autonomously and with internal stakeholders on projects  Confident working with external clients to present marketing plans and updates  Data led and analytical in multi-channel campaign tracking and analysis using tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo  Self-motivated to identify and propose suggestions for improvement Creative thinker with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn 

Preferred Skills:

B2C marketing experience  Experience working in publishing/training/e-Learning Branding and brand development experience Website management experience, UX and CRO Understanding of search engine optimisation Experience with ecommerce websites Understanding of the Google ads platform  Knowledge of marketing best practice  Email marketing experience

The Experience:

At least 12 months in a marketing role  Demonstrable experience of delivering marketing campaigns across a range of marketing channels Social media experience, including creating and deploying campaigns, managing channels, monitoring and analysis
