A bit about the job:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that promote Aviva’s wealth management services. You will work across multiple channels—including digital, email, and print—to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent messaging and branding, while also conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you’ll analyse campaign performance to optimise effectiveness and support business objectives. This role is essential in driving customer engagement and supporting Aviva’s growth in Direct Wealth.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within financial services.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple marketing channels.
Ability to analyse data and use insights to optimise marketing performance.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and Adobe CRM software (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Campaign, Experience Manager).
Agile facilitation experience is desirable.
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary – London Circa £40,000 / National Circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
