Overview Marketing Executive will assist Marketing Manager in planning, executing & tracking all marketing projects/activities for assigned Brands/ Projects of Non-PC Platform Responsibilities 1. Project leads: • Play the leading role in Poca Digital Communication plan: from briefing, contracting, co-planning with agency & managing agency’s quality & timeline. • Play the leading role in key-assigned jobs in Poca big projects (including New Innovation, Consumer Promo & Activation). This requires planning, aligning, coordinating with both internal (cross function, regional team) & external (supplier, agency) under guidance & empowerment of Marketing Manager. • Lead communication & activation plan for Import product, such as Quaker & Doritos: from planning, work closely with sales team to execute. 2. Project assistants: Assist Marketing Manager for all Non-EP projects with: • Agency/ Supplier management: key lead to work with cross functions in sourcing, contracting, co-briefing; key-contact to manage agency/ supplier work quality & timeline. • Consumer promotion management: documenting with government, handling operation & logistic (gift deliver, hotline, POSM, pack design…) • Research: co-work & assist Insight team for all related research project, from Product/ Consumer/ Market research. • Design: co-briefing & being key contact to follow up with designer for all related brand design/ adaptation • Product portfolio management: assist Marketing Manager to ensure smooth operating for all related product portfolio, from material transition (new design, new source of material…) to pack price change (grammage change, pack size change…). This require working closely with internal (QC, GP, Production, Supply & Demand team) to deliver on time in full: product registration, product trial, transition plan, co-work with supplier (film/ material) for color proof/ sample test/ standard sample approval. 3. Budgeting (for all Non-PC projects): • A&M (advertising & marketing) management: Work closely with Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and relevant cross functions to allocate & monitor A&M budget. Prepare paperwork for getting A&M budget approval. • A&M reconciliation: Work closely with Planning (Accountant Team) to reconcile A&M budget monthly, quarterly & year-end. • P2P process: lead & ensure all projects/task comply with process. • Social post approval process: lead & ensure all projects/tasks comply with process. • All other monthly/quarterly reporting: take responsibility to input data. 4. GCS, Artwork approval & all reporting (for all Non-PC projects) • GCS (Global Control Standard) monitoring: ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies. • Artwork approval process: lead & ensure all projects/task comply with process. • In charge to keep track, input data for all other monthly report. Qualifications • University graduation, preferable MKT/ Commerce/ Economic major, experience 1 year in MKT or FMCG industry. • Ability to work with different people and expert, good organization impact with confidence. • Ability to work with both statistics and creativity. • Marketing and project management experience is preferable. • Good at English, especially Writing skill is preferable. • Basic Digital knowledge (especially Facebook/YouTube/TikTok) is preferable • Proactive, responsibility, flexible, open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working, passion for growth, eager to learn. • Good interpersonal, logical & analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Literate in Microsoft Office.
