Description\nSCOPE :
The overall scope of the Marketing Executive is to assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to position and promote Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski hotel and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the brand Kempinski.

Key ResponsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide administrative/secretarial support for the marketing office.\nCoordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.\nMaintain filing system.\nHandle phone calls.\nHandle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc. \nHandle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.\nAssist Director of Sales & Marketing in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to:\nCreation and print of collateral\nPromotions and packages\nAdvertising\nMarket analysis\nPhoto-shootings \nMaintain hotel listings in online and offline media.\nHandle site inspection.\nPlan, coordinate and implement direct marketing, both on- and offline.\nMaintain guest database for mailings.\nLiaise with F&B department to promote F&B outlets.\nAssist in the creation of the media and marketing plan.\nConduct competition checks and benchmarking on a regular basis.\nCreate office presentations.\nCreate, coordinate and maintain give-aways and collateral.\nUpload and maintain picture storage and distribution systems (Picture Park & VFMLeonardo).\nProvide content and images for websites according to Corporate Identity.\nEnsure content and photography of 3rd party websites is maintained. \nEnsure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines.\nMaintain updates of corporate marketing guidelines and inform colleagues.\nAttend marketing relevant meetings.\nPlay support role in developing hotel Marketing budget and update budget figures periodically.\nCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments, especially sales, Public Relations and web as well as creative agencies and suppliers.\n\n
Keep themselves updated with the latest developments in the hotel including all activities, promotions, rates of the hotel.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseNATIONALITY:\tEligible for a working permit in country of hire
EDUCATION: \tBachelor Degree in Hospitality or in Marketing or Apprenticeship in Hospitality 
EXPERIENCE:\t\t\tTo fill the position, one of the following is required:
1-2 years experience in a similar position
1-2 years experience in a media agency

LANGUAGE:\tAbility to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
Local language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)
English – excellent oral and written skills
Additional language - beneficial

COMPETENCIES:\t
Knowledge of Marketing basics and technical terms
Knowledge of graphic and print technical terms
Copywriting skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:\t
Excellent skills in Microsoft office
Creative programme such as photo-shop, InDesign etc is a plus
