**Marketing Expert** City/Country Location Details **Tunis/Tunisia** Employment Status Job Type **Consulting** Project title: **Tunisia - Green Economy Financing Facility (“GEFF”)** The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the EBRD) aims at addressing climate risks in Tunisia through the establishment of the **Tunisia - Green Economy Financing Facility (“GEFF”).** Tunisia GEFF will provide financing of up to EUR 40 million in the form of senior unsecured loans to PFIs, including banks and leasing companies. These loans shall be dedicated to finance private sector sub-borrowers (specifically SMEs and corporates) in Tunisia for investment in green technologies and services supporting Green Economy Transition (“GET technologies and services”). Specifically, Tunisia GEFF aims to address the lack of available capital and experience that hinders the uptake of green technologies and practices in the local market in order to reach critical mass of green technology investment and hence contribute to building a competitive, low-carbon and climate-resilient economy. The facility is expected to finance energy efficiency (“EE”), renewable energy (“RE”) and resource efficiency (“RES”) sub-projects in Tunisia. Job title: **Marketing Expert** _Assignment Description:_ DAI has already been awarded the Framework Contract to deliver professional consultancy services for GEFF Tunisia and is looking to now start-up the facility with the following foreseen key activities: + Support to PFIs in development of a pipeline through marketing and project origination activities leading to a portfolio of EUR 40 million of eligible sub-loans for financing by PFIs; + Providing training and capacity building to PFIs; + Support to SMEs in preparing and developing their sub-projects for financing by PFIs; + Providing gender-responsive capacity building and training to PFI staff and local experts as required; + Raising awareness of green economy lending in Tunisia among women and men led sub borrowers as required; and + Awareness raising on the Facility outcomes through various communication channels, dissemination of case studies on successfully implemented projects and providing donor visibility. **Qualifications for the Marketing Expert:** + Preferably 10 years’ of previous professional experience in developing **marketing strategy and marketing tools for financial products** ; + Preferably 10 years’ previous professional experience in carrying out successful **marketing projects in** a business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer marketing context, particularly in the **banking sector** ; + Previous professional experience in working with **corporate clients and/or banks on marketing their products** ; + Experience in organising high-level **marketing events** with an international audience; + Prior professional experience in Tunisia is an advantage with candidates permanently **residing in Tunisia** being preferred; + Fluent spoken and written **English/French** language are essential. **Interested candidates should apply by Wednesday** **23 April 2025** **(by close of business).** **_Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by email to discuss the assignment in more detail._** Back (https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf04/ats/careers/v2/searchResults?org=DAINC&cws=48) DAI is an equal opportunity employer.
