About the Role
As part of the fast-paced, passionate Marketing Team, the Financial Analyst will focus on overall budget management that supports the North America Consumer Audio Marketing Department and includes all marketing related processes with regards to Ariba, Allocadia, budgets, Garners, purchase orders, and invoicing.
The Financial Analyst has direct responsibility to the Senior Director, Go To Market – NA Marketing and accountability to the Vice President, Marketing – Lifestyle Division Americas concerning the NA Marketing Budgets. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the budget management process for North America marketing from opening, processing, tracking, and forecasting. Managing the submissions and approvals for all Garners, creating POs, processing invoices, monthly GR on expenses, and updating Allocadia with monthly forecasts, mapping expenses, and inputting updated expense information. This role will be expected to provide the status of the budget and forecast to Marketing, Finance and General Management on a regular basis and work closely with the NA Marketing Team, Business Analysis, Accounts Payable, CMC and Procurement to gain internal alignment.
What You Will Do
Help drive the monthly and annual budget planning process with NA Marketing Team. Managing the annual 48M USD NA Marketing Budget including monthly marketing dashboards together with Business Analysis.Manage marketing dashboards in cooperation with the Senior Director, Go To Market – NA. Present updates and status to the Vice President, Marketing – Lifestyle Division Americas. Fully responsible for all activities and processes related to budget reporting including updating Allocadia, forecasting, mapping expenses, POs, invoices, and Garners.Manage the monthly marketing budget forecast by working with the NA Marketing team and finance to provide updated and accurate information. Ensure all forecasts match their prior submissions and if not, work with stakeholders on rationale for any changes.Manage the Purchase Order Process (Ariba) by tracking each submission through execution and providing team with updates on delays or missing information. Manage budget tracking tool (Allocadia) by updating all information in relation to monthly forecast, monthly GR on expenses, mapping expenses, POs, Garners, and Project IDs. Work closely with procurement, Business Analysis and CMC to provide updated information and work through challenges associated with incomplete information, delays or expediated timelines. Manage the Lifestyle Marketing GARNER requests by assisting with write-ups, providing specific budget information, and routing final document from submission to approval.Provide budget summary updates for presentations.Track NA Marketing Dept T&E expense reports and alert dept leads on any concerns.Assist with ad hoc support needs as they arise.What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent work experience.At least 2+ years of experience, preferably in Marketing or Financial environment.Experience in working cross regional / global in a diverse, multi-cultural team.Ability to work well with all levels of management.Extensive experience in Microsoft Office software required, including high proficiency in Excel.Experienced in working with Business Intelligence/Report tools (SAP, Sales force).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning and problem-solving.Experience with change management in the areas of processes and systems.What Makes You Eligible

Salary Ranges:
