Marketing Go-to-Market Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator/Project Manager to join the Fanatec team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product and campaign launches. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent project management skills, and can collaborate across teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, sales, creative, and digital marketing teams, to ensure product launches and assets are well-communicated and seamless.

· Oversee the end-to-end execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and schedules are documented.

· Identify potential risks and roadblocks, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

· Partner with stakeholders to understand the strategic goals of each launch and translate them into actionable plans.

· Ensure marketing assets, messaging, and materials align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target customer.

· Support and direct the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including presentations, sales enablement tools, and digital assets.

· Give guidance on messaging, copywriting, and positioning for new products and how they compare both within the Fanatec product stack and against competition.

Communication and Collaboration:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports.

· Facilitate regular check-ins and meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve challenges.

· Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

· Fluency in English and German is a minimum requirement for this role.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role, preferably within a gaming or tech-focused environment.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong project management skills.

· Experience with software like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, etc.

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.

· Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.

· While this role is based in Germany, frequent interaction with US-based staff and occasional international travel (less than 20%) is required.
