The Opportunity:

Team CACI is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer in providing common graphical sets of Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) services across 216 Department of the Air Force (DAF) military installations to implement consistent, high-quality, graphicly sound materials for users across diverse operation environments.

As a member of the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, this Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for translating customer & team requirements into a wide variety of visually appealing graphic products varying in complexity of design and production - including branding, briefing presentations, and enhancing current documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for copywriting and editing of various marketing materials (Briefs, slicks, reports, white papers, etc.) as needed.


This position will be hybrid, with at least 3 days a week required on site in Chantilly, VA.


Responsibilities:

Create high-quality presentation material (i.e., PowerPoint briefings, infographics, slick sheets, etc.) through design, content and editing that meets/exceeds applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audiences. 

Design, produce and deliver complex graphic products, to include participating in customer review meetings to guide project revisions and direct and define project requirements and plans. 

Facilitate discussions about how to visually represent analytic ideas. 

Ensure deliverables meet editorial and customer specifications, as applicable, and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, format, and style.

Copywrite and edit marketing materials (briefs, slick sheets, white papers, etc.) as needed for customers and team members.

Perform additional marketing, graphic design, and other duties as assigned by OCM teammates.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Required: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and maintain eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, and/or Communications

5+ years of experience

Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite /Creative Cloud products) as well as MS Power Point 

Possess artistic ability, creativity, imagination, and design layout skills with knowledge of graphic arts and computerized software to include desktop publishing 

Demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise 

Outstanding time management – work within accelerated schedule timelines while delivering high quality products 


Desired:

Master’s Degree 

Current Secret or higher Security Clearance

Adobe and/or Microsoft Software Suite Certifications

Experience in IT graphics designs

Provide product samples from your previous designs portfolio

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
