For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._  **Job Description:** Level: Senior Associate (CONT), Project Management We are currently seeking a project manager with experience in in-person retail brand activations (both physical and digital) with an emphasis on User Experience and Graphic Design to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in our New York, McLean, or Chicago offices. You’ll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including: Collaborating with brand and product teams to uncover customer and business needs, then translating them into engaging, simple, and intuitive product activations Demonstrating a forward-thinking mentality and test and learn attitude: you are a visionary team player, eager to test product storytelling ideas that are adaptable to different layouts and configurations (physical and digital), while delivering a consistent message Managing external agencies through concept design and production phases of our seasonal activations, providing feedback to 2D, 3D and digital UX/UI assets, while setting a high standard for quality of execution Creating visually compelling and clear presentation decks to convey our design concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners Basic Qualifications At least 2 years of experience with graphic design, brand activations, or other related experience Proficiency with Adobe Products Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or other related fields Experience in UX/UI in the physical space Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch and/or Figma Comfortable working with third party agencies, as well as internal Product and Brand partners Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal Experience working in an innovative, fast-paced, agile environment Ability to maximize productivity through time management while promoting teamwork and actively contributing to a positive work environment Rate: $40 - $55 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) + Manage and coordinate projects with agencies and third-party vendors. + Act as an independent contributor to drive design projects from concept to completion. + Conduct weekly meetings with executive management to align on project goals and progress. + Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. **Experience Requirements:** + Graphic Design + Adobe Creative Suite + Marketing Experience + Project Management Skills + Strong communication skills + Effective teamwork and collaboration + Excellent problem-solving abilities + Time management and organizational skills **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
